Internet Marketing
Internet marketing also called online marketing is a way of advertisement and marketing of a product by a web or through email via the e-commerce (electronic commerce) which enables direct sales of the company through internet marketing that reaches directly to the customers. Internet marketing has been a great platform to reach out many customers at a time which is beneficial for a company to promote its product.
As technology is upgrading, the use of internet is increasing and so does the internet marketing and also it is overlapping the traditional method of advertisement and marketing such as radio, television, newspapers and magazines.

Internet marketing covers the three broad categories of Web Marketing which includes the e-commerce, SEM, Banner advertisement, Viral, Demand based platforms, B2B, B2C, C2C, websites, online advertisement on search engine and organic search results the reason user comes  its search engine results via search engine optimization (SEO), Google Penguin 4.5 its latest updation by Google , Email Marketing which involves advertisement and promotional activities through e-mail messages to the current customers, Social Media Marketing that involves both advertisement and marketing through social sites such as Face book, Twitter, YouTube etc.
Also, regardless of the size of the business, the majority of the businesses are practicing internet marketing as it is the most inexpensive way for them to reach millions of their target market.

Why customer satisfaction is important?

 Customer satisfaction is the next competition battle. In simpler ways making customer satisfaction has now become a race between different businesses. If we noticed customer satisfaction is a kind of measuring customer heartbeat survey. Now you are thinking what’s the connection between a customer heartbeat and customer satisfaction? ........The customer heartbeat survey gives a great representation of how much happy your customer is from your service. By measuring the gap between customer and his or her perception of whether those expectation had been met you can survey customers……….The biggest reason behind a successful business is customer satisfaction. As long as a business meets or exceeds their customers’ expectation, the shares, goodwill, reputation of that business is sky-rocketing, so customer satisfaction is the most important step of successful business because customer satisfaction directly affects the economic return or profitability of business,
The point is whyyyy why customer satisfaction adversely affect the profitability???...... Because the path of profitability is gone from customer satisfaction, it is very compulsory for business profitability to turn a customer into retain customer in order to retain your customer, Personalisation is the best way to retain your customer. By doing personalisation we can engage customers, generate more sales and keep customer sticking around. Yes it is true new customers are good for business but associating with customer for long term or loyal buyer is actual company growth and the better yours is, the more profitable your business will be. It’s hard to know how well you’re responding to customer’s concerns when you’re looking at it from the perspective of an insider. To get a more accurate impression of what you can improve on, look for feedback across all of your presence and take the time to create a survey or a poll. Make sure, though, that the feedback you receive is feedback you act and reflect on. 
Customer Retention
Why customer retention is so important????? A mere increase of 5% in retaining customer can grow your profit by 75%, retained customers already know that they can work with you and they may well pass on the good news to further prospects! How do we make it possible??? The employee of your company may well be in regular contact with the customer. They should all have acknowledged about what your customer’s need. Now suppose sale department who doesn’t know what has been sold?? Service department who doesn’t know about customer service issue? Finance department who doesn’t know the account status? None of these things are helpful. In this queue one more thing we can adopt  i.e. modern system, modern system mean that you can make it possible for anyone in your company to log a customer service issue and resolve it.  With this system you can even make it possible for customer to log cases directly into your system, make suggestions and find their own answer from your knowledge base.

A company can taste pinnacles of success if it is backed by a strong team whose real aim is to see the company soaring high. There is no denying in the fact that any organization is made up by the employees, a good set of working people and a great atmosphere is conducive to it’s growth.
A rich culture encourages the staff to execute the work with perfection.

The positive approach and an amicable staff smoothly coordinating the tasks happen to be a great asset for the company whereas group-ism, politics and negative criticism are some of the traits that affect the company culture adversely. Another factor is that many a times managers turn a deaf ear to the problems of employees leaving them unsatisfied eventually hampering their growth. Hierarchy is no doubt important for smooth functioning but it subdues transparency at times. The people at higher positions should take out time to see the problems persisting with in the organization.

 A great way of implementing this is to make a secret complaint box where the employees can post the problem or hardship they are facing without disclosing their identity to the concerned authority. Along with this, every person in the company should be able to express his views or give feedback without any barrier on work related issues, keeping the team above self. A poor culture is characterized where the employees try for short cuts and are not attentive towards the work or customer services, lacking professionalism, thus limiting the company’s potential. Moreover, the employees cannot prosper well in the absence of motivational leaders and loses confidence and lacks the ability to come up with fresh ideas.
People with low energy and enthusiasm bring no good

The culture of a company is influenced by the founder, executive and managerial staff since they are responsible for planning and coming out with different strategies. Majority of the people bear the opinion that the employees should confine themselves with the official work only. Rather than this, the companies should organize fun activities once in a month or they can plan field trips which refreshes the employees and makes room for better bonding among the co workers. The employees who enjoy their work can definitely boost up the productivity instead of those who see office as a burden and dread at its thought. In addition to this, people love to work in a place where their contributions are praised or valued. This gives an inspiration and boosts the employees to come up with something more better and innovative next time. The company can do so by giving certain perks or awards.


So if some repeated problems are sprouting up, customers complaint frequently, talented people are performing averagely, they hesitate to implement something new or take risk and the employees do not accept their mistakes and act defensively on being pointed out. The authorities should buck up and plan out the necessary measures to be taken in order to improve the condition before it takes a toll on the company’s success.

Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, clients work status and receivables.

Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue streams.Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports. 

Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.

Recruit, develop & ensure Retention of respective team by formulating their development plans,Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.

Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.

Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.Conduct performance review for his/her team on regular basis.
